Very funny poem and yes, it would make good lyrics to the right tune. It's also a cautionary tale because I have heard of people being allowed to stay for awhile and then they have "rights" against eviction.
Right. It sounds a lot like what some guys are saying about marriage recently. You marry a woman, she treats you like garbage, cheats on you, files for divorce, and ends up taking the house, the kids, the car, and half the bank account, and then you have to pay child support on top of it. A lot of guys are opting out.
